About Us!
We are located in Rich Hill, MO. A small town an hour South of the KC Metro Area, or an Hour North of Joplin on I-49. We are envolved with our youth as I believe setting a foundation is important to prevent injuries as they get older. We have moved to a new location. A 1,500 SQ/FT building. We are in the process of planning to build to make the gym bigger. As of now we offer 24/7 access, Tanning for New members are now included with the price of the membership. Each membership gets a 6hr a month 1 on 1 time with me Curtis Gwinn for training. Nutrition advise or help as well as help with workout plans. We have 4 T.V.’s in the gym that you can watch the news or any free program that is on the T.V.
What can you expect with the expansion! More room so it will be spacious. Better equipment, Locker Rooms for Male and Female with Showers. A sauna is also being looked at. We will have a room for cardio classes, or just stretching. A punching bag. We are also looking at Vending Machines to buy a packet of protein or prework out.

We are a small facility, but we have made some upgrades and would love to see you in the gym. We offer monthly and yearly membership options. We honor those that serve, weather it is our military or our teachers, city employees, first responders or nurses, we have discounts for you.
